As a turnaround advisor, he has worked alongside receivers, lenders, and boards to stabilize distressed operations and preserve over $500M in enterprise value. He is also the founder of Artis, a beauty-tools brand he scaled from a single storefront to 1,000+ retail doors in under three years — more than 5M units sold, with partnerships including Swarovski, Rolls-Royce Motorcars, Harrods, and Net-a-Porter.

As Co-Founder and CEO of Symbiome, she built an industry-first skincare brand backed by twelve clinical trials, reaching a 40% repurchase rate within a year. Earlier, she was a founding member of Lightbank, a $200M+ early-stage venture fund, and advised executive teams on M&A and corporate strategy in technology investment banking at Baird. Dasha is a multi-channel operations leader with more than seven years building the systems and teams that let consumer brands scale across wholesale, e-commerce, dropship, and retail. 

As Director of Operations at Onia, a multi-brand consumer group, she led an end-to-end BlueCherry ERP migration — integrating 10+ EDI partners through cutover with no disruption to customer shipments — stood up the company's S&OP function from the ground up, and managed over $30m in annual wholesale fulfillment across retailers including Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Bloomingdale's. Earlier, as Sales Operations Manager at Apparis, she built the operational backbone behind the brand's wholesale, dropship, and DTC growth, running dropship programs with the same national retailers and leading the brand's ERP and warehouse migration from vendor selection through go-live.

He has closed 10+ fundraising rounds with institutional, strategic, and traditional VC investors, and led the $50M all-cash acquisition of Nemaris by Globus Medical from due diligence through post-close integration. At Envisagenics, he deployed a zero-based budgeting system that lifted expense forecast accuracy from 70% to 95% on a $15M budget and drove the company to its first profitable year. He also negotiated R&D partnerships with publicly traded biopharma companies worth over $800M in milestone payments.
