As a consultant and interim C-suite leader, he has worked alongside receivers, lenders, and boards to stabilize operations and preserve over $500M in enterprise value, stepping inside companies at their most critical moments to rebuild them. He is also the founder of Artis — named TIME Best Invention of the Year and featured in Forbes, the Financial Times, and Allure — scaled from a single storefront to 1,000+ retail doors including Bergdorf Goodman, Harrods, and Net-a-Porter in under three years, with more than 5M units sold and partnerships with Swarovski, Rolls-Royce, and Oprah.

Vicki is a three-time chief executive and data-driven operator who has spent more than two decades scaling, repositioning, and turning around consumer and technology companies.

She began her career as an engineer at Motorola, then moved into technology investment banking at Baird, advising executive teams on M&A and corporate strategy. She went on to become a founding member of Lightbank, a $200M+ early-stage venture fund. As CEO of Folica, a PE-backed beauty company, she led the repositioning of a distressed, two-decade-old business, cutting cost of goods by roughly 60%, expanding profit margin by nine points in 24 months — driving the company to a successful sale. As Co-Founder and CEO of Symbiome, she built an industry-first skincare brand backed by twelve clinical trials. As Chief Strategy Officer at Envisagenics, an AI-driven biotech, she led corporate strategy and business development. Over the years she has also advised numerous companies across real estate, technology, biotech, and fashion.

Her work today spans finance and operations, fundraising, pricing and market fit, product development and marketing. Vicki pairs sharp analytical rigor with the instincts of an operator who has built and led the very companies she advises today.
